Welcome to the Poyntzpass Silver Band Web Site!
This site will introduce you to the varied activities of the
band, its history and aims and objectives and also give a flavour of the social
activities which the band involves itself with to secure the enjoyment of
banding for its members. Poyntzpass Silver Band is a Community Band which fully
involves itself in the activities of its local community and endeavours to
support all community events when invited to do so. They are available to
support all types of event including concert, church and marching engagements at
all seasons of the year
The band currently has vacancies through the band and we
would welcome anyone interested in playing with us. The band meets on Thursday
nights at 8.00pm in Acton Orange Hall.
